As part of our Clubs Affiliation to England Athletics, and based on the number of runners we have registered with England Athletics, the club receives one guaranteed place for the 2023 London Marathon taking place on 23rd April 2023.
If you are a paid-up member of Wharfedale Harriers and have missed out on a place through the ballot, and would like to take up this place, please email membership@wharfedaleharriers.co.uk with your details by Monday 21st November. It would be helpful to include a brief resume of why you wish to take up this place and what your training plan might be.
In case we have two or more applications then we will draw lots to decide.
Please note that if you are successful, you will still need to complete and pay for the entry yourself.
