Another good turn out for the annual New Year Fun Run round the upper heights of Silsden, This years winner was Alex Thompson of Wharfedale Harriers who finished in a time of 16:23, whilst first lady home was Olivia Aldham of Wharfdale Harriers in a time of 21:11.
As is usual presentation afterwards was at the Sunnybank Social Club where all runners were able to take part in the lucky dip prize draw.
Proceeds from the race, the sum of £267 will be donated to charity, which this year is going to be Manorlands
