Covid19 – Cancellation of Bunny Runs

Unfortunately due to the worsening situation with the spread of coronavirus we have had to make the decision to cancel our Bunny Runs and Bunny Relays for this year.  Guidance from both England Athletics and the Fell Runners Association in support of the governments latest social distancing measures is that all races and events should be cancelled till at least the end of April.  Whilst the running itself may be low risk, both registration and prize giving with many people in a confined space do pose significant risks, therefore it safer for all to cancel.

For anyone that sent in pre-entry, no cheques have been cashed, so I will simply destroy them.  Hopefully we will be back next year.

It is quite likely that many of the other races we organise may also have to be cancelled unless there is a relaxation of the current position at some point. Until advised otherwise, and whilst they may not have been officially cancelled they should be considered suspended.  Once the situation improves we will advise otherwise.  We will make a decision nearer to the date of each race.

And if there should be a shortage of cream eggs on the supermarket shelves, get in touch, we may be able to offer you some.
