It was probably ideal conditions for this years race, slightly cloudy, dry and not too warm. And it was a good night for youth as Alex Flaherty of BIngley Harriers was first over the line in a time of 7.33 and first U17 boy, while the ladies race was won by Amelie Lane of Wharfedale Harriers along with being first U14 girl, in a remarkable time of 8.03 which is now a new ladies record for the course. Many thanks to Trawden AC who swelled the ranks with an very impressive turnout, almost enough to fill a bus.
