A great turn out for this late summer running of the race, with 139 runners in total. Conditions underfoot were pretty dry throughout which resulted in new records for both Mens and Ladies times.
Mens winner was Harry Holmes running for Matlock AC who just pipped Oli Murphy of Ilkley HArriers to the line in a dramatic sprint finish down the track to finish in 44:57.
Meanwhile Ailish Graham of Wharfedale Harriers was the Ladies winner in another record time , 49:15
