In the second race of the Pendle and Burnley Grand Prix – there were good results for Wharfedale Harriers. Spencer Riley was 2nd and Jimmy Craig had another good run to finish 3rd. The race was won by Gary Shaw of Burnley. First lady was former international Tara Krzywyki (Charnwood AC) in 35.05, closely followed by Amy Green (K&C) in 35.38 and then our own Sarah Tipler in 35.54. And Lynn Whittaker was first LV50.
