Details for the West Yorkshire Cross Country League are now available. Last year our Mens team were overall league winners, and two of our juniors Alice and Alex won individual titles. If you want to take part in this years’ races then please get your entries in as soon as possible. Men please provide your name and payment to Ethan Hassell, for ladies Monica is managing entries. Juniors please provide your name to Geoff Thompson. If you need to pay membership or EA registration please see David.
The dates and locations for this year are currently:
- Race 1: Saturday 5th October @ Keighley
- Race 2: Sunday 27th October @ Nunroyd Pk, Leeds
- Race 3: Sunday 17th November @ West Park, Leeds
- Race 4: Sunday 8th Dec @ Spenborough
The first race this year is the day before the Hodgson Bros Relays, but would be good if we could get a full men’s and ladies team for all races

Vets age groups will be age on 5th Oct 2019
Entries for this League have to be done by the club. The cost for seniors is £20 and juniors U11 – U17 is £12,, which is for all 4 races. Athletes need to be a paid member of Wharfedale Harriers and also they require to have an England Athletics membership. Those in U11 category do not need EA membership.
Entries for the first race need to be submitted by 26th Sepember, so please get your entries to us by Tuesday 24th of September. Late entries might not be able to compete in the first race.
