This is a new club event being organised by Lynda Hargreaves which will take place on Thursday evenings, in place of training.
What – handicapped 3k or 5k timed event. Race the clock not just each other!
When – 4 Thursdays – 7th May, 21st May, 11th June and 25th June 2015
Time – registration from 6.45pm. First runners off at 7.15pm.
Where – start is the barrier at the bottom of the track to White Wells, Ilkley, LS29 9RF.
– finish just a bit further up the track.
Route – out and back course to Swastika Stone, 3k runners turning back sooner.
Cost – £1 for club members and £3 unattached runners.
Age range – over 6 and U12’s -3k and everyone else 5k.
Fully flagged and marshalled
No prizes for individual events. Prize for most improved must complete 3 out of 4 events to qualify.
