Fortunately the storms of the last few days abated and the weather was relatively kind with just a slight breeze as runners reached the summit and a clear view. Congratulations to Joe Baxter of Pudsey and Bramley who won this years race in a time of 29:40, whilst first lady home was Lou Roberts of Ambleside.
