Penistone Hill was shrouded in mist for the 3rd of this years Bunny Runs, making it difficult to follow progress as 161 runners set off round the hill for the final race of this years series. Footsteps were heard first, before runners appeared from the murk. It was a 2nd Egg Stage win for Jack Wood of Ilkley Harriers along with also winning the race outright for a 3rd time, whilst Alice Jones of Wharfedale made it 3 out of 3 for both the Egg Stage and the Ladies win meaning the two will be this years Bunny Series winners.
Team prizes were once again claimed by Ilkley Harriers for the Men and Bingley Harriers for the Ladies

Don’t forget next week its the Bunny Run relays. Teams of 3, any composition you wish. The route is the long lap of the Bunny Runs so slightly shorter, and means anyone aged 10 and over can run. Solo runners, aged over 16, can run all 3 laps themselves if they wish.
