What a great turnout out for the final event of the Bunny series for this year, the Bunny Run Relays. Despite being another dark and gloomy evening, the weather more or less held off, with 84 teams and 7 individuals toeing the start line. First team back were Al and John’s Disciples, with Joe Hudson, Jimmy Lund and Tom Barrett who were in 3rd place after the first lap, but moved up to 1st place by the end of the 2nd lap thanks to Jimmy Lund with joint fastest lap of the night. The Ladies team was won by Happy Birthday Emily with Emily Jones, Ruby Firth and Alice Jones who led more or less all the way apart from solo lady Louisa Powell Smith who was just in front of them for the first two laps, but then Alice Jones powered past her on the last lap and claimed fastest Lady for the evening . Undoubtedly due to the muddy conditions underfoot there were no records set this year.
