Well done to Alice Jones who battled hard and with a great sprint finish to clinch 3rd place and a bronze medal in the U13 Girls race at the Yorkshire Cross Country Championships on Saturday. After a rather wet start for the early junior races, the weather gradually improved but the ground was incredibly wet which made for difficult running conditions.
The mens just team narrowly missed out on a medal finishing in 4th place, 9 points away from a bronze medal.
