Of the 65 runners that took part in this years senior race just over a quarter of the field where Wharfedale members – Great Effort!
Wharfedale’s Jack Smith put in an impressive run to finish over a minute clear of second place, which was backed up with a great run from Dave Kirkham to finish 3rd. Thomas Nelson gave the adults a run for there money by finishing 10th and first U16. There was more winning success in the junior races with Eibhlis Price finishing first girl in the U10 race and Emily Jones first girl in the U14. Sam Smith and Logan Hargreaves also won the U12 and U14 races.
