Wharfedale’s Stephen Brock snuck to victory ahead of Skipton’s Luke Maud. Sam Haggar also had a great run to finish 4th overall and first MU23. Marc Sennet had a good run to finish 5th overall and Jason Hemsley was 7th overall and 2nd MV40. First Wharfedale Lady home was Fiona Greening in.
Junior races:
In the U14’s Robbie Johnstone and Charlie Lowrie had great runs to finish 1st and 2nd. Lizze Joynson was also 6th in this race and 1st girl.
In the Under 12’s Logan Hargreaves-Madhas returning to good form finished am Johnson in 4th. Whereas for the girls Charlotte Barrett and Emily Jones were a brilliant 1st and 2nd.
In the Under 10’s – the girls dominated to top positions and Alice Jones finished a fab 2nd and 2nd girl.
And in the Under 8’s 6 year old Nathan Hird was the only Wharfedale representative and had a good run to finish 16th.
