Scout Scar saw Wharfedale getting of to a positive start for this years series. New comers William and Alexander Thompson had brilliant runs to finish forth and sixth respectively in the U12 race. In the U14’s Thomas Nelson finished second with Logan Hargreaves in a well deserved ninth place with it being his first race in this category. Ellie Lambert started the series as she ended the last with a brilliant first place and sixth overall with Hannah Newbold fifth girl.
In the senior race Mark McGoldrick had a great race finishing second with Jack Smith not to far behind in seventh. Barry Scholes was 3rd MV60 along with Lynn Whittaker 2nd LV50.
