First win for James Hall at Cracoe – Saturday 21st
The seventh race in the BOFRA championship saw our very own James Hall take first place ahead of Calder Valleys Shaun Godsman and Pudsey and Bramley’s Ian Nixon in a time of 20:54. Next wharfedaler home was last year’s race winner Ted Mason in 4th place in 21:48. Kirsty Hall finished 3rd lady in 27:52.
The juniors were also on form with Harry Muir and John Lockwood putting in great performances to finish 2nd and 3rd respectively in the under 17’s with Ellie Lambert finishing 1st girl. In the under 12’s race Ciaren Crabtree and Logan Hargreaves- Madhas also finish 2nd and 3rd respectively.
