Annual Presentation and Social Evening

WHARFEDALE HARRIERS PRESENTATION EVENING

Format

Presentation of club championship prizes (top 3 in each age category), raffle, sale of second hand running kit, quiz and food.

Raffle

Donations of prizes would be most welcome on the evening.

Kit Sale

If you have any kit to sell please label it with your name and price – and don’t forget to collect unsold items/money at the end. Don’t forget your wallet/money you might get a bargain!

Food

The plan is that everyone will bring food to share (sandwiches, quiche, salads, cold chicken, sausage rolls, other savoury foods, cakes, buns, biscuit etc). Could you please comment on the FB page what you plan on bringing so everybody doesn’t bring the same thing.
